A bus service is available that will take you the length of the La Manga Sleeve arriving in Cabo de Palos some 16km from the house. There you can go onto Cartagena and Murcia

The house is spread over three floors and is only 10 metres to the beach of the Mar Menor. 100 metres across the road is the Mediterranean Sea. The house consists of three good sized Air Conditioned bedrooms and has a bathroom on the first floor. The main bedroom has its own balcony with superb views looking over the Mar Menor and the third bedroom on the top floors a sizeable balcony offering outstanding views over and across to San Javier. It has an open kitchen and large living space with a large flat screen TV and Free Wifi and a ceiling fan. The front garden is paved and has furniture and table and chairs for outside dining. It also has a Barbecue available. Parking is available inside the community barrier on a first come first served basis. There is also on street parking.
