Just 35 minutes from the Etang de Biscarrosse and Parentis, and only 1 hour from Bordeaux, this authentic 19th-century, half-timbered Landes farmhouse is set in a 400-hectare enclosed private hunting estate, where you can stroll in complete safety and admire numerous species, including roe deer and pheasants... Isolated, it offers calm and relaxation in complete serenity. This detached single-storey rental comprises a living room with TV and DVD player, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven), 4 bedrooms (3 double beds, 4 single beds), a bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet. Washing machine in cellar. The private covered terrace extends the living space, with garden furniture and a view of the paddock. Barbecue available. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Heating from October to end of May. Baby equipment: cot, booster seat. Discover the Marquèze eco-museum, take a leisurely walk, cycle or mountain bike ride, hike or canoe down the Leyre, or relax at the Hostens leisure center. An ideal place to relax.
The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas fires). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
