A balcony overlooking green spaces and private parking in front of the Residence: the beach 100m away and the town center of the seaside resort of Le Grau du Roi.
In a small, secure residence, this large, tastefully decorated Studio Cabin will delight couples and families with two children or teenagers, with a double bed and 2 bunk beds in the entrance hall.
The accommodation: This comfortable little cocoon, 100 m from the beach, is a Studio Cabin for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children or young teenagers) and has been completely refurbished (reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fully-equipped kitchen, shower room).
Located on the 1st floor of a secure residence, without elevator, it sleeps 3, for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. A private parking lot facing the apartment's balcony is available for parking during your stay, so you can explore the area on foot.
Main room:
The spacious living room opens onto a balcony where you can enjoy meals with family and friends. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous Bourride de lotte, La Gardiane de Taureau, La Rouille Graulène different from the rouille sétoise...and on the meat side: Les côtes de Taureau and La Gardiane! Take time to discover the different vineyards, whose specialty is: organic vin des sables.
Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (2 Vitroceramic hobs, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing-machine dryer, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster and kettle) with a round table for 4 people to accommodate your meals and guests.
Bedding: 1 x 140 cm bed, 65x65 square pillows, comforter. *Sheets and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people for 1 bed*. * Pre-registered, non-refundable deposit of 300 euros with a 5.96 euro registration fee*.
In the living room, flat-screen TV, DVD player.
Cabin: 1 bunk bed (2 single beds 90cm), square pillows 65x65cm, comforter, for children and teenagers. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on reservation at 20 euros for 2 people*.
Shower room, large washbasin with drawer units, and toilet.
Location: Ideally situated a stone's throw from the beach, the shops at the foot of the residence, restaurants, the riding school and the lively town center (Quartier de la Mairie). This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you'll be able to discover local life, watch the trawlers coming in from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and discover the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic site for yachts, sailboats and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea along the Boulevard Maréchal Juin promenade, and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue waterways.
A real "coup de coeur" for lovers of peace and quiet on the green spaces side and in the city center on the entrance side of the Résidence.

Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 2km away. There is a bus service near the residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
