The apartment: This small type 2 cocoon: 1 bedroom for 2 people and a sofa, very comfortable, completely refurbished (reversible air conditioning, double glazing, fitted kitchen, jet shower, separate toilet).
Located on the 1st floor, without elevator, of a residence with swimming pool, it sleeps 2 (maximum), for a wonderful vacation by the Mediterranean Sea. You can park in the residence (shared) for the duration of your stay and explore the area on foot. *Pets allowed on request 30 euros extra* * Pre-registered, non-debitable deposit of 400 euros with 7.94 euros registration fee*.
Living area:
The living room opens onto large bay windows overlooking the gardens and the beach (markets 2 times a week depending on the season, 10 minutes away). Enjoy meals with family and friends at the open kitchen table. Come and discover the local specialties: fish in all its forms, such as Brandade, the famous monkfish Bourride, Gardiane de Taureau, Rouille Graulène, different from rouille sétoise... Take time to discover the surrounding vineyards and taste the wine of the sands, the Pic St Loup!
Kitchen: open to the living room, fully equipped (ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster and kettle).
Sleeping area: 1 sofa bed 140 cm, square pillows 65x65, comforter. *Bed linen and towels will be provided on reservation at 20euros for two people*.

Location: Ideally situated a stone's throw from the beach, 10 minutes from shops, restaurants, the riding school and the lively Quartier Plage Nord. This apartment is located on the left bank of Le Grau du Roi between :
the fishing port, where you can discover local life, watch the trawlers return from fishing via the canal (swing bridge) in mid-afternoon, and learn about the fishing trades: repairing and drying nets, sorting fish, setting up sales stalls along Quai Colbert...
and Europe's No. 1 marina, where sports delegations will be welcomed for training and preparation for the Paris Olympic Games 2024.
Port-Camargue, located in the heart of the Marinas 1 and 2 districts: an emblematic site for yachts, sailboats and the UCPA sailing school.
Come and watch the magnificent sunsets over the sea, along the Plage Nord promenade and the Port de Plaisance exit facing the bay of La Grande Motte, and follow the flight of the Pink Flamingos over the Camargue waterways.
A real favorite for lovers of peace and quiet on the green side, with the swimming pool in the middle of the gardens (on the other side of the apartment) and the beach just outside the gardens.
Access: You'll be welcomed on site, by appointment, on arrival and departure! You'll have the whole apartment at your disposal to make the most of your stay in Occitanie.
Transport: Le Grau du Roi train station is 3km away. The town is served by a bus service close to the Residence. The nearest TGV station is Montpellier Sud de France. The nearest airport is "Montpellier Méditerranée".
