VILLA PAZ is a detached and magnificent property recently refurbished, situated in El Lagar Urbanization, considered one of the most sought-after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre. This is a great location of total tranquillity and privacy. The village, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately less than 1km from the villa. You will fall in love with the breath-taking views of Málaga City and its surrounding areas.

For this year 2024 we would like to highlight the TOTALLY REFORMED AND MODERNIZED swimming pool, with a progressive descent, which ensures the safety and enjoyment for small children in the water. Spotlights have been installed for night lighting. The depth of the pool ranges from 0’7m/2,3ft to 1’60m/5’25ft.

Layout details of VILLA PAZ are listed below:

-KITCHEN: Open plan American style kitchen and living room, a perfect space where you can put into practice your best recipes. Amongst the newly installed equipment we find an oven, a fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances and a dining table which seats up to 8 people. There is also access to a food pantry.

-LIVING ROOM: tastefully designed and quite spacious, with two large chaise-longue sofas, Full HD TV, air conditioning and large windows that give access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Very bright and spacious. It also has a functional electric fireplace and a reading area with two separate armchairs. There is internet and WIFI connection available throughout the house.

-BEDROOM A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and windows with blinds and blackout curtains.

-BEDROOM B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window with blinds and blackout curtains.

-BEDROOM C: consists of two 90x200cm single beds plus a bunk bed, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window with blind and blackout curtains.

-MAIN BATHROOM: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower (recently refurbished).

-EN-SUITE BATHROOM: in the master bedroom there is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower (recently refurbished).

-LAUNDRY ROOM: includes a bathroom with toilet and a washing machine (recently refurbished).

EXTERIOR

We have a large plot surrounding the whole house, highlighting the following areas:

- Garden and pool area, where to take a dip in summer to alleviate the high temperatures. There is an outside shower.

- Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can enjoy a pleasant meal in the open air. There is a bar with a sink and a counter top for prepping food.

- Private outdoor parking area with capacity for up to 3 cars.
