Villa Donata is located in Torre delle Stelle in southern Sardinia, about 15 km from Villasimius and about 40 km from Cagliari Elmas international airport. Pleasant independent and spacious villa on two levels. It is located in a very quiet area, enjoys good privacy, offers comfort and space for 6 people and is equipped with comfortable panoramic terraces. Inside parking for 2 cars. Spacious property of about 1600 m2 with trees and Mediterranean scrub and a covered area of about 160 m2. On the ground floor there is a large living room on two levels, with a dining area and a fireplace. The kitchen equipped with dishwasher, offers access to a covered terrace with barbecue. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with fireplace and en suite bathroom with tub; two twin bedrooms (joinable) sharing a second bathroom with shower.
