On the first floor of a villa located in an ideal position to reach the beaches and the sea (50 m) as well as the lively historic center of Castiglione della Pescaia (900 m) with a quick walk, this brand new apartment equipped with all comforts is perfect for those who want to spend their holidays with all comfort, but without giving up the pleasure of staying in an elegant and well-kept environment. The numerous bars, restaurants and boutiques of Castiglione della Pescaia can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
