Time has stood still at Villa Kalina... You'll be seduced by its subtle architecture, exotic ambience, garden and exceptional view of the lagoon's shades of blue.
The airy living room extends naturally outwards, thanks to large windows overlooking the pool and the sea. From February to May, you'll be able to watch the humpback whales blowing by!
Built along an escarpment, the property allows you to take your ease and distance, and enjoy the present moment in complete tranquillity.
Its beautiful front terrace includes a well-shaded area, ideal for dining just a few steps from the pool area nestled between vegetation and horizon. The emerald-colored pool, deckchairs, outdoor shower and hamak are a real invitation to relax. Look out to the horizon and relax ...
Inside, the wood-panelled decor, paintings and furnishings add a touch of soul to your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen and bar promise ti-punches and pleasant meals.
On the night side, there are four bedrooms and three shower rooms. All rooms overlook the palm trees and the sea.
Do you like fresh eggs? Friendly little chickens will give you organic eggs every day, in exchange for which you'll drop your kitchen scraps and seeds in the henhouse. Kids love it. There's no rooster, so your sleep won't be disturbed!
This splendid villa, built of exotic wood and concrete, blends seamlessly into its surroundings, transporting you on an authentic voyage. A haven of peace offering the assurance of a total change of scenery, where it's great to stay with family or friends.

The villa is located in the commune of Le Moule, on the eastern part of Guadeloupe known as Grande-Terre. Just a 45-minute drive from Pointe-à-Pitre airport, it takes less than 3 minutes to reach the town of Le Moule, and 15 minutes to reach the marina in neighboring Saint-François, where you'll find all amenities: shopping center, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, fish & spice market and even a cinema.
