Top-floor (elevator) apartment offering 38 m² of living space, warmly decorated, comprising on the ground floor:

a living room opening onto a south-facing balcony with a view of the Saint Ferdinand church: convertible sofa (140 cm), under-stair bench, storage unit and shelving, TV, WIFI

Upstairs: staircase leading to a large bedroom (no connecting door, 140 cm bed, wardrobe, TV, fan). This room opens onto a lovely terrace with a view of the pond.
No private parking, but you can park your car in the small, free streets in front of the residence.
A lovely T2 duplex for a great vacation in Arcachon, close to the beaches, the port, the market in the center of l'Aiguillon every Wednesday during the summer and its shops.
Linen not provided, can be rented through agency, e.g. 1 pack 160 cm sheets+towels= 42 Euros/week- 1 pack 90 cm sheets+towels= 32 Euros/week.
