Property for exclusive use
Finely restructured 180 m2 Tuscan barn with exclusive swimming pool, capable of accommodating 8 people with 4 bedrooms, including 1 with sofa bed, and 4 bathrooms. The exterior features a 1500 m2 fenced garden, a covered veranda with table for al fresco dining and a portable barbecue. The accommodation is also equipped with satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet access, a cot and a high chair. Ideal for large families or groups of friends. Panoramic position.
Outdoor areas and swimming pool
In front of the house there's a lovely fenced garden within which lies the relaxation area with the oval-shaped swimming pool measuring 8x4 meters with a depth of 1.1 meters, a veranda with table equipped for outdoor breakfasts, lunches and dinners, a portable barbecue and children's games. All external areas are well-maintained and well-tended. Parking is available inside the property.
Interiors
The barn was completely restructured a few years ago, keeping its original charm intact. The wooden roof beams have been retained to preserve the characteristics of rural buildings of the past. All water and electrical systems have been recently installed. The raised first floor opens onto a vast, bright space used as a living room with satellite TV and fireplace, dining room and fully-equipped kitchen. On the same floor there is a corridor leading to a private bathroom with shower and a double bedroom, where on the first floor there is a wardrobe while the double bed is on the mezzanine accessed by a steep offset staircase.
From the living room, an internal staircase leads to the lower first floor, comprising a large corridor with access to the outside, 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower. This floor also leads to the SPA, with sauna, Turkish bath, massage table, relaxation area with sun beds and cushions, and a full bathroom with shower. The Spa leads to the fourth bedroom, featuring a double sofa-bed and access to the fully-equipped laundry room.
Location
Fienile Colletalli is located in the countryside surrounding Siena, in the town of Radicondoli, surrounded by woods, vineyards and olive groves with relaxing views. Optimum peace and quiet, even if not isolated, privacy, particularly suitable for those who like to spend their vacations in the spirit of relaxation, nature and sport. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi internet connection, air conditioning (on the raised first floor and in the room with mezzanine), fans (in the rooms on the lower first floor), central heating, cot, high chair, fireplace and parking on the property.
Important information
The swimming pool is open from 01/05 to 30/10. Air conditioning on the raised first floor and in rooms with mezzanine. Access via 800 m dirt road.
Service
Included in the price: linen for bathroom, bed and kitchen (changed weekly), internet connection, water, electricity, gas, high chair and cot, use of SPA area. On request and payable on site, additional hours of domestic help, shopping service, cook for lunches and dinners, cooking lessons and baby-sitter. On request, an extra single bed can be added at a cost of 25 euro/day.
Activities and distances
We're in the heart of the Sienese countryside, just a few kilometers from Radicondoli and Casole d'Elsa, with stores of all kinds and a weekly market in the main square. All the other towns, Montecastelli Pisano, Colle val d'Elsa San Gimignano and Siena, are within easy reach by car. Thanks to its location, the surrounding area offers a wide range of activities, from nature reserves to castles. It's also possible to visit and enjoy wine tastings at local farms and wineries. The sea is an hour's drive away.
