Americas Holiday Home is a comfortable apartment located in the famous and quiet Parque Santiago I complex. Situated in a unique seafront enclave, just 150 meters from the charming promenade. The apartment's terrace is just 15 meters from the tranquil pool solarium. Its proximity to the sea guarantees a pleasant cool breeze throughout the day. Given its privileged location next to the promenade, you can stroll along the coast whenever you like, without having to use a car. In the surrounding area, there are numerous restaurants with all kinds of cuisines, national and international, as well as supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers, a church, cinemas, bars and beaches. The Golden Mile is just 400 meters away. The Hospiten hospital is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. This hospital has excellent facilities and a team of multilingual professionals who can assist you 24 hours a day. The apartment is located on the first floor, right next to the solarium of the heated swimming pool. It features a large, recently renovated open-plan kitchen with all the necessary utensils. Equipped with ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, oven, coffee maker, fridge with separate freezer and kettle. The air-conditioned living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, a practical table with four matching chairs, a flat-screen TV with national and international channels, free WIFI throughout the house. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The bedroom, with a large mirror, has two single beds, built-in wardrobes and a safe. It has direct access to the outdoor terrace. The beautiful heated seawater pool is easy to access and has a special area for children. The spacious, quiet solarium gets sun all day long. Poolside sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire and priced by the resort. Next to the pool is a comfortable and convenient cafeteria, open all day.
