Americas II Holiday Home is an extraordinary duplex in the well-known and quiet Parque Santiago I complex. Located in a unique enclave on the waterfront, just 150 meters from the charming promenade. The comfortable terrace overlooks the pedestrian zone, with the Atlantic Ocean partially visible. Its proximity to the sea guarantees a pleasant cool breeze throughout the day. Given its privileged location next to the promenade, you can stroll along the coast whenever you like, without having to use a car. In the surrounding area, there are numerous restaurants with all kinds of cuisine, national and international, as well as supermarkets, shopping centers, banks, pharmacies, hairdressers, churches, cinemas, bars and beaches. The apartment is located on the second floor. It has a practical open-plan kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle.
