The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with an overbed), a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace with a view and a parking space, air conditioning and a communal barbecue. Pets welcome.
This comfortable apartment is located in a quiet area of Faner de Baix, next to the Cau del Llop beach and just a few minutes away from the central Port area with all amenities and shops, the promenade, Port beach, La Goleta beach and the port.
Llançà is a fishing village and very family-friendly, where you can enjoy great aquatic activities (kayaking, sailing, scuba diving, windsurfing, etc.) and mountain activities (hiking, GR92, the Sant Jaume trail, visiting the Empordà dolmens and the great monastery of Sant Pere de Rodes, among others).
This small village lies between two protected natural areas, Cap de Creus and the Albères, close to the fishing villages of Port de la Selva, Cadaqués and Colera, where you can discover its history, gastronomy, culture and wonderful landscapes.
Llançà is close to Figueres, with its shops and shopping center and its magnificent Dalí museum. You can also visit Perelada, with its wonderful casino, as well as other Costa Brava villages famous for their Alt Empordà wines and vineyards.
