Pleasant holiday house with 3 rooms, air-conditioned living room, solarium, residence with pool.Located in a residence with a collective swimming pool on the heights of Narbonne-Plage, this 3-roomed house can accommodate 4 people.

A step allows access to the small veranda protected from the wind and used as a storage room. The 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190) and cupboards are located on the ground floor. One bedroom has access to the shaded terrace. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine.
A steep staircase leads to the air-conditioned living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs, TV (French channels), table for 4, equipped kitchen area (2 induction hobs, extractor hood, microwave, mini-oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, top fridge with freezer, dishwasher).
A south-west facing balcony with table and 4 chairs is accessible from the living room.
An outside staircase leads to the 26 m² solarium, with a view of the sea and the Clape, 2 deckchairs, parasol and picnic table.

This charming residence, composed of friendly semi-detached villas, offers a haven of peace for a relaxing holiday. Each villa has its own private parking space and has access to the residence's swimming pool during the summer.
The beach and town centre can be reached in 5 to 10 minutes on foot. The Villas sur la Colline are ideally located for direct access to the hiking trails of the Massif de la Clape.
