Very close to the North beach, mobile home in excellent condition comprising a living room, kitchenette, two bedrooms, a shower room and separate WC. Terrace with parasol. Ideal for 4 people. Kitchen equipment: fridge with freezer, 4 gas rings, coffee maker, kettle, extractor fan, vacuum cleaner. Sleeping accommodation: one 140cm bed and two 80cm beds. Leisure equipment: TV, terrace, garden furniture, pitch A14. Year of Mobil Home 2013. Pets not allowed. NEARBY: Located 500m from the town center and all amenities, and 20m from one of the 5 sandy beaches, the Cadoret campsite welcomes you to its 7.5-hectare wooded park. Shady or more airy pitches. Rochefort spa 15 minutes away. A 400 € deposit and tourist tax are payable on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged before arrival: sheets €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €50. The rental is for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
