Pleasant single-storey house located in a quiet area comprising a living room with kitchenette, a lounge, a bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. Kitchen equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster.... Sleeping accommodation: 140cm bed, 120cm BZ. Leisure equipment: TV, box, garden furniture and parasol. 15 m2 enclosed courtyard at the front of the house. Surface area: 32 m². NEARBY: In a quiet street 400 m from the town center and shops. South beach 500 m away. Bus station 500 m and SNCF train station 6.3 km, Rochefort spa 15 min. A 400 € security deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged prior to arrival: bed linen €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €70. Pet 30 € per stay + deposit 100 €. The rental is for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
