Kitchen equipment: vacuum cleaner, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, washing machine, gas hob, coffee maker, toaster... Comforts: flat-screen TV, .... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, barbecue, parasol... Sleeps: 1 bedroom with 1 x 140, 1 x 90 + cot, 1 bedroom 1 x 140, 1 mezzanine bed + 1 sofa bed. Courtyard with vehicle access on street side, garden to rear of house. Surface area: 95 m². Located 50m from the south beach and 300m from the town center. A 600 € deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged prior to arrival: bed linen €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €150. The rental is for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
