Located in a residence facing the large beach, beautiful apartment for 4 people, on the 3rd floor with elevator. It comprises a beautiful sea-view living room with kitchenette, 1 bedroom (one with sea view), bathroom, separate toilet. Kitchen equipment: dishwasher, electric oven, coffee maker, toaster.... Sleeps: 1 X 140, 2 X 90 bunk beds. Comforts: dishwasher, vacuum cleaner, ..... Leisure equipment: garden furniture, TV... Surface area: 39 m². NEARBY: Facing the main beach, 150m from pedestrian street and shops. Bus station: 250m, train station: 6.3km, Rochefort spa 15 minutes away. A 500 € deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged prior to arrival: bed linen €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €70. The rental is for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
