Seafront, single-storey fisherman's cottage facing south beach, comprising kitchen-dining room, 3 bedrooms with sea views, shower room-WC. Courtyard at rear. Kitchen equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, vacuum cleaner, toaster..... Sleeping accommodation: two 140cm beds and one 90cm bed. Leisure facilities: flat-screen TV, garden furniture, parasol, barbecue. Surface area: 55 m². NEARBY: Facing the south beach, 200 m from the town center and all amenities. Large beach and restaurants 200 m away. Bus station 500 m and SNCF train station 6.3 km away, Rochefort spa 15 min. A 500 € security deposit and tourist tax must be paid on arrival. OPTIONAL SERVICES to be arranged prior to arrival: bed linen €10 per bed per week, bathroom linen €9 per week. Housework: €100. Pet 30 € per stay + deposit 100 €. The rental is agreed for a stay starting at 2:30 pm on the day of arrival and ending at 10:00 am at the latest on the day of departure.
