Located on the third floor of a secure residence built in the 80s, this spacious T3 apartment, accessible by elevator, will seduce you with its 62 m² (62 sq.ft.) of north-south exposure, its terrace and its allocated parking space.
As soon as you arrive, you'll be greeted by a vast entrance hall with plenty of storage space, including shelves and a closet. The separate, fully-equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, conventional oven, hood, three halogen hotplates and washing machine. The apartment comprises two south-facing bedrooms: the first has a 160cm bed (or two 80cm beds) and a closet, while the second has a 140cm bed. The toilet is separate, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The spacious, north-facing living room, with TV and 140cm sofa bed, and dining room open onto the terrace. The north-facing, furnished terrace (approx. 9 m²) is ideal for enjoying the view of the Bay of Arcachon. The pleasant, easy-to-maintain apartment has been kept in excellent condition. A named parking space is at your disposal. The immediate proximity of the fish market, shops (bakery, delicatessen, hairdresser, laundrette, etc.) and the beaches of l'Aiguillon enriches your experience. Please note that pets are not allowed and white linen is not provided, but can be rented through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (membership optional). A cleaning service at the end of your stay is available at an additional cost (from €50 to €300, depending on the rental).
