Come and visit the porcelain capital while enjoying this apartment in a secure residence not far from the city center. You'll also benefit from a private parking space, so you can park easily and safely.

This ground-floor apartment comprises
- A fully-equipped open kitchen (microwave, hob, fridge, kettle, NESPRESSO and filter coffee makers, crockery and cutlery, etc.). It opens onto the living/dining room, with access to a small enclosed terrace.
- One bedroom with a 140x200 double bed.
- A second bedroom with a pull-out bed. You can use it independently as a chaise longue or single bed, or use the extra bed base to make a 160x200 double bed.
(The bedrooms are fully equipped with comforters, pillows, bed linen and roller shutters).
- A bathroom with a bathtub, a washing machine and a towel warmer (bath and hand towels are provided).
- Separate WC.
A private parking space in the residence's secure parking lot is at your disposal.
The apartment also gives you access to the residence's communal swimming pool, which will be open to you during the summer months.

Upon arrival, a host will hand over the keys and show you around the apartment.
Neighborhood
This apartment is not far from the city center, and you'll find all the necessary amenities nearby (such as a Carrefour City and a Leader Price 5min walk away), but you'll also find a hairdresser, a florist, restaurants and even a Porcelain store 550m away!
Transit
As far as Limoges city center is concerned, you're only about a quarter of an hour from the hyper-center on foot and 5 minutes by car!
If you want to take the bus, walk to Rue du Petit Tour and get off at Place des Carmes, and choose your line according to the direction you want to go.
