The villa is covered in stone, in a typically lacustral style. It is located in a panoramic area of Stresa, from every corner of the structure you can admire a 360 degree view of the Borromean islands.
the villa stands on the ruins of an ancient farmhouse dating back to 1800, some remains of walls incorporated in the recent construction still reminiscent of the ancient structure.
The villa is located in a quiet and sunny area ideal for those who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday, but at the same time exclusive.
The villa is spread over an area of 200 square meters developed .
The living area consists of a living room and a dining room, both facing the outside through a very large glass wall ... the fireplace in the dining room makes the atmosphere warm and welcoming.
on the mezzanine floor we find the first bedroom with private bathroom, a window facing the lake allows you to admire the view even while lying down in bed ...
in the first floor you get to the second sleeping area consisting of two double bedrooms and a half bathroom.
The kitchen is located near the dining room, slightly raised and adjacent to a bathroom.
The exterior is furnished with tables, chairs, 2 barbecues, deckchairs and parasols.

Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.

Check in is done starting from 3pm till 8 pm.
In case of late check in ( previously planned) will be applied an extra charge to pay cash at check in as follow:
from 8pm to 11pm: 30 euro
after 11pm: 50 euro
