We propose to you with the hiring, in Cenon, this charming apartment releasing, with a decoration bohemian smart, of a surface of 60 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 11th floor (with elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 30 m², a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom, an office space and a bathroom. Sheets and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 30 m² with TV, Wifi, sofa and armchair and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates...
- An office space with a double sofa bed
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom with bath and toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, dryer, fan, iron.

The apartment is ideally located in Cenon, in a popular neighborhood, with a very pleasant park at the foot of the residence (tower from the 70s). You will be close to all essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Activities :
Not far from Bordeaux, Cenon stands at the top of a small hill whose summit culminates at an altitude of 70 meters on the right bank of the Garonne. Overlooking the alluvial plains and the Bordeaux region, it opens up into the charming Entre-deux-Mers and offers a breathtaking 180-degree view of the river.
- Tourist sites: the city of Bordeaux (a city of art and history with a prestigious heritage), Saint-Émilion (a charming medieval city renowned for its vineyards), the Gironde estuary, Bourg (a picturesque little town on the banks of the Dordogne), Libourne (a port bastide).
- Sporting activities: various hikes, day bike rides in the vineyards, the Pays Gabay bicycle path...
- Cultural visits : the wine city (a celebration of the wines of the world in an atypical museum), the Aquitaine museum, the castle of Vayres...
