On the first floor, you'll enter through the cellar with laundry area (sink, washing machine and freezer), shower room (shower + washbasin) and separate toilet.
A staircase leads up to the first floor, where you'll find all the other rooms in the house, which can also be accessed from outside.
Upstairs: spacious living room with sitting area (sofa, armchairs and TV), dining area (table + chairs) and fully-equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven, microwave, hood, dishwasher, large fridge).
The living room opens onto a 32m² terrace with garden furniture (table + chairs) and aperitif area (coffee table + 6 armchairs).
A gas barbecue is also available.
