A beautiful, comfortable house with private pool
Casa Callosa is a beautiful house located on the edge of the green and tranquil
of Santa Clara, 3 km from the village of Altea la Vella. The house
features a beautiful private swimming pool. Surrounding the house is a magnificent
Mediterranean garden. The villa is located at the end of a dead-end road
on a hillside, offering plenty of privacy and beautiful views. The house has 2
floors, each with its own entrance. The top floor comprises a living-dining room
two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bedrooms both have
spacious king-size beds and air-conditioning. The open-plan kitchen is
dishwasher, toaster and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

and outside) where everyone can enjoy a meal together. The lower
has a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed measuring 1.95 x 1.20

The swimming pool is located in the large garden and has 9 sun loungers.
Around the house and in the garden are several terraces, so there's always
where you can enjoy spectacular views of the sea or the Bernia mountain range.

Altea la Vella is a pretty village 3 km from the house. There are two
supermarkets, a bakery, several restaurants, a bank, a pharmacy
and a newsagent. La Olla beach is 5 km away. Here you'll find
several good chiringuitos (beach bars) where you can enjoy a
delicious meals. The famous Altea is 7 km away, a beautiful seaside town known
known for its white houses, blue domed church and narrow streets.
The house is an ideal base for city excursions to Alicante or
Valencia. The area is ideal for cycling and hiking. In
the mountainous hinterland, there are countless opportunities for hiking
on foot or by bike. Benidorm is less than 10 km away, where all forms of
entertainment can be found.
The house is not suitable for youth groups. It is not a party venue.
