Spectacular townhouse with private pool and garage in the old
center of Callosa
Beautiful, fully renovated old house on the edge of the old town of Callosa.

On the first floor, you'll find a large living room and two spacious bedrooms
with en suite bathrooms. The adjacent, partly covered terrace features a
a fully-equipped outdoor kitchen with a large dining table

and barbecue, as well as a separate living room and an additional
with shower and WC.
A beautiful marble staircase leads to the second floor, which also has
independent entrance from the street. Here you'll find a second spacious
