Small cottage for 4 people in Résidence les Vendéennes 1, 500 m from the beach, with communal swimming pool. This property comprises a fully-equipped kitchen (microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer) opening onto the living room (TV), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine. On the mezzanine (access via a retractable staircase), a 140cm bed and a sofa-bed. One parking space available in private parking lot. Pets are not allowed in this rental. This rental has 2 Clévacances labels.
End-of-stay cleaning is the responsibility of tenants.
