There is also an extra cot. The property has two additional bathrooms one with a shower and the other a bathroom with a shower, outside near the pool another bathroom with a shower. The house has a beautiful TV room and dining room with capacity for 10 people and another small and cozy TV room. Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26, which establishes the obligations of documentary registration and information of natural or legal persons who carry out lodging and motor vehicle rental activities. 1.
