"La Belle de Nacre" unveiled in Ouistreham:
For vacations in the center of the seaside resort of Ouistreham, and a 2-minute walk from the beach:
On the seafront, we offer you a charming little semi-detached house of 60m2 including 22m2 of living space, close to all amenities.
It can accommodate a couple with two children, and there's the possibility of adding a cot in the master bedroom, for a child under 24 months.
On the ground floor, the kitchen opens onto a large glass roof and a small west-facing terrace (garden furniture and electric plancha available in fine weather).
The living room is the cosy centerpiece of the house, where you'll enjoy convivial moments. A few board games and children's books are at your disposal.
The bathroom, with toilet and towel dryer, is functional. The laundry room provides additional storage space.
Upstairs: The master bedroom, with a 160x200 cm bed, is a through-bedroom: on the north side, you can gaze out over the sea, while on the south side, you can enjoy a balcony (with lounge furniture).
The children's area (less than 9m2) has two single bunk beds.
This townhouse will enable you to enjoy your stay without a car, in a lively neighborhood:

250 m away, you'll find Ouistreham's long beach (supervised in summer),
At 200 m, the Thalasso welcomes you for treatments. Quick access from the house.
At 150 m, you'll find the tourist office.
50 m away, you'll find the main street with its local shops (bakery, bookshop, tobacconist, pharmacy, ice-cream parlors, etc.).
For your shopping needs, there's a weekly market (schedule available from the tourist office) 350 m away, and a small supermarket 400 m away.
Free street parking. Paid parking in the area around the house between April and October.
Bikes can be stored at the entrance to the patio, 200 m from the seaside cycle path.

Caen is also 2 hours from Paris by train, and around 2h30 by car.
The Ferry terminal to connect Portsmouth is 25 minutes away on foot.

Beautiful house with a small magnificent garden and a small terrace, equipped kitchen, space well arranged. Julie and her husband are very kind, warm and adorable :) Bedding is comfortable and clean View of the beach from one of the bedrooms. A pleasant path leads to the shopping street in five minutes on foot. Everything was absolutely perfect. Many thanks to Julie and Guillaume for their warm welcome.
