The Attic has an outdoor parking area for exclusive use, about 200 metres away, as well as a covered space for one's own bicycles in the inner courtyard.
A perfect location for those who want to spend a dream holiday in total relaxation in one of the most evocative places on Lake Maggiore-
1 dog of small/medium size (max 15Kg) will be allowed by previous request and only after approval.
This structure does not accomodate cats.
Catering service and chef service is available on request.
Baby cot up to availability at a cost of 10 euros per night.
Refundable damage deposit guaranteed by credit card, the data will be recorded at check in or requested through the messaging system in advance.
City tax to be paid at check in.
Invoice available on request (application must be sent 10 days before check in (after this deadline it will not be taken in consideration).
Check in is done starting from 3pm till 8 pm.
In case of late check in ( previously planned) will be applied an extra charge to pay cash at check in as follow:
from 8pm to 11pm: 30 euro
after 11pm: 50 euro
