Charming 20 square meter studio located in Sainte-maxime.
Welcome to our charming 20 square meter studio, nestled in the heart of the beautiful town of Sainte-Maxime.
Ideal for couples, our studio offers an intimate and comfortable space for your seaside stay.
Take full advantage of the facilities on offer, including the shared swimming pool where you can cool off and relax under the Mediterranean sun, and the pétanque court shaded by majestic umbrella pines!
Accommodation
Accommodation comprises :
- living area with sofa bed ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- and a shower room.
Facilities include parking, filter coffee maker, microwave, TV, WiFi and fan.
There's also a terrace and a swimming pool, open from May to October, 9am to 10pm.
Bed linen and towels are provided (included in the cleaning fee).
The accommodation is located :
- a 5-minute walk from La Madrague beach ;
- and close to the bus stop serving towns along the coast.
Things to do during your stay:
- visit Saint-Tropez ;

Location
Sainte-Maxime isn't just a summer town: in winter, the mimosa and oil festivals are very important. The rich, unspoilt flora and fauna of the area can be discovered on a number of hiking trails, a delight for nature lovers. And after a long walk to the Pointe des Sardinaux, what better way to pamper yourself than at the thalassotherapy center. In summer, do as everyone else does: enjoy an aperitif in a beach restaurant, then dine to the sound of the rolling waves, without worrying about what time it is.
