Equipped for 5/6 people, it comprises a living room with a fully-equipped kitchen, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single 90 cm bed, a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a TV lounge area on a mezzanine with a BZ sofa, a shower room, a toilet and a lovely terrace with a full sea view. Entrance to the apartment is via an enclosed private courtyard, where you can park your bike or motorcycle, or store water sports equipment.
Recent, harmonious furnishings, renovated in 2015. Very bright, with direct beach access.
Towels and sheets can be rented on request and paid for on site. Housekeeping optional at extra charge.
Pets not allowed.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest to Montpellier (13 km, about 15 minutes' drive). It's a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you'll find a wide range of activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or in the harbor. Local markets are held 3 times a week in summer, and there's a craft market on the port every Wednesday.
The property: ideally located on the 1st line with a view, quick access to the beach. Just a few minutes' walk from the port and shops.
