Beautiful apartment for 6 people on the 7th floor with elevator of a residence on the marina (a few steps up to get to the elevator).
Comfortably furnished, it benefits from a double East-West exposure and comprises: two bedrooms with double beds, one of which has a glassed-in loggia and air conditioning, a shower room and a bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet and a living room/kitchen with glassed-in loggia and convertible sofa enjoying a beautiful view of the port.
Direct access to the port and its shops, just a few minutes' walk from the beach and private parking (number 3).
Towels and sheets can be rented on request and paid for on site. Housekeeping optional at extra charge.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest to Montpellier (13 km, about 15 minutes' drive). It's a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you'll find a wide range of activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or in the harbor. Local markets are held 3 times a week in summer, and there's a craft market on the port every Wednesday.
The property: ideally located on the port, shops and restaurants are just below the building. The beach is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.
