Very nice apartment located in a recent luxury residence, the apartment is on the 1st floor with elevator, 5 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment is in a closed residence, away from outside traffic, so we weren't bothered at all by the noise of passers-by or cars. The big plus of this apartment is that it has a numbered parking space. On the other hand, the cleaning leaves a little to be desired; we found a lot of dust on the tables when we arrived, but we'll be back.
