Attractive studio on the south-east-facing RCH, air-conditioned and equipped for 4 people, it has a large terrace overlooking the residence's garden. It comprises a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed and a 140 mezzanine bed, a fully-equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with toilet. Just a stone's throw from the port and shops, and a 5-minute walk from the beach.
Towels and sheets can be rented on request and paid for on site. Housekeeping optional at extra charge.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest to Montpellier (13 km, about 15 minutes' drive). It's a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you'll find a wide range of activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or in the harbor. Local markets are held 3 times a week in summer, and there's a craft market on the port every Wednesday.
The property: ideally located between the port and the beach, with a terrace giving direct access to the garden.
