Very attractive south-facing studio cabin located on the 6th floor with elevator of a residence on the marina. Equipped for 4 people, it includes a living room with a BZ-type sofa, a fully-equipped kitchenette (2 gas hobs, top fridge-freezer), a cabin with bunk beds, a bathroom, separate toilet and a glazed loggia with a magnificent view of the port and sea.
Towels and sheets can be rented on request and paid for on site. Housekeeping optional at extra charge.
Pets admitted free of charge.

The seaside resort of Carnon-Plage is the closest to Montpellier (13 km, about 15 minutes' drive). It's a family resort with 7 km of fine sandy beaches stretching from the port of Carnon to La Grande-Motte, where you'll find a wide range of activities. You can also find shops and restaurants along the beach or in the harbor. Local markets are held 3 times a week in summer, and there's a craft market on the port every Wednesday.
The property: ideally located at the back of the port for peace and quiet. The beach is a ten-minute walk from the apartment.
