Discover our charming T3 of 60m ² on the ground, located in the pedestrian hyper center of Grenoble.
It was very beautiful attics, entirely transformed into apartment at the end of 2022.
**✓ Your accommodation :**
This T3 completely renovated and tastefully decorated in December 2022 by our team, on the 5th floor without elevator consists of:
- a very bright living room ,with sofa and TV,
- a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room,
- a room with 1 bed in 160 cm,
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds,
- a bathroom with Italian shower and toilet,
- a laundry room with washing machine.
The apartment has 2 sleeping spaces :
- a bedroom with a double bed
- a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds

Travel in comfort thanks to the equipment present in the apartment, such as a television, a free high speed wifi connection, kitchen equipment (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee maker (capsules not provided)), washing machine, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.
The television is a Smart TV: you do not have the TV channels, but you have all the streaming applications (Netflix, Youtube, etc.) - subscriptions not provided.
Following your reservation: To guarantee you a comfortable stay and to keep our apartments up to your expectations, all our reservations are guaranteed through a trusted third party "Swikly". After confirmation of your reservation, you will receive an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification assures us a guarantee in case of incident in the apartment, it does not lead to any debit or blocking on your credit card. Please note that without this credit card verification, access to the apartment will not be sent and your reservation will not be refunded. The accommodation does not have a parking space. The parking is possible in the municipal parking lots around the housing paying in day except Sunday (museum and house of tourism)
