The house sleeps 5 and comprises a bright 28m2 living room with lounge and dining area, a separate fitted and equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms: one with 1 double bed (160cm), another with 1 double bed (140cm) and a 3rd with 1 double bed (120cm), a bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
Also at your disposal during your stay, a laundry room with washing machine and sink, a tiled garage with ping-pong table, possibility of storing bicycles and beach equipment. Pleasant enclosed front and rear garden with south-facing terrace at the front of the house, complete with garden furniture, awning, barbecue and sun loungers. Baby equipment available (cot and high chair).
Parking for 2 cars available. 900m from the center and 1200m from the beaches in a residential area. Free shuttle bus only 50m from the house.
