La Piazzetta is a beautiful 60 m2 apartment with terrace, located in a quiet street near Place Castellane and the neighborhoods of the Plaine and Cours julien. Completely renovated in 2023, it offers 2 beautiful bedrooms, air conditioning in the living room and a large sunny terrace.
Composition of the apartment:
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a classic Marseilles building, the famous Marseilles 3 windows. You will be seduced by its calm and its luminosity. When you enter the apartment you will find on your right the shower room. You will then reach the living room and its dining room. On the right you will find the fully equipped kitchen and the large terrace with access from the living room or the kitchen.
Entering on the left you will find the night corner and its 2 bedrooms equipped with double beds.
