How to make a reservation?
After selecting your ad on our site, you can make a pre-booking directly online or by telephone on 0 820 900 406 (€0.112 including tax / min).
If you pay the 1st deposit (30% of the amount) by credit card, your pre-booking will be immediately processed. If you choose to pay by holiday vouchers or bank transfer, we will send you an estimate by email. Your pre-booking will be processed upon receipt of your means of payment. Which means we don't put an option.

Is my reservation confirmed?
The rental is confirmed after receipt of the 1st deposit AND after verification of its availability by our holiday advisers. We will then send you an acknowledgment of receipt by email with the rental contract attached. In the event that the desired rental is no longer available, other accommodation proposals will be presented to you (subject to availability). If none of these proposals satisfy you, we will proceed with the refund / cancellation of the bank imprint.
After receipt of your balance and your signed rental contract, the entry voucher will be sent to you by email. The balance must be paid no later than 35 days before your departure. For any reservation made less than 35 days before departure, you will be asked to pay the entire rental by credit card when booking.

When will I receive my travel documents?
The information concerning your arrival on site is sent to you between 35 and 25 days before your stay. They will allow you to contact the contact on site in order to organize your stay (arrival...).

What does the stay cancellation insurance offered by Locasun cover?
The stay cancellation insurance offered when you make your reservation covers you for reasons for cancellation such as: cancellation or modification of leave paid by the employer, death, illness. This insurance also covers you against COVID-19, individually as a serious illness or in the absence of vaccination against it.

What is the D-21 or D-31 cancellation present on certain offers on the site?
On some announcements, the mention “FREE AND FREE CANCELLATION UNTIL D-21 (or D-31)” is present. The latter means that by booking this accommodation, you can cancel free of charge and free of charge up to 21 or 31 days before the arrival date of your stay.
The deposit or the balance paid at the time of the reservation will be entirely refunded to you, insurance and expenses of files included/understood.

What payment methods are offered on Locasun?
Online by:

Do not forget to indicate your file number in the reason for the transfer. This is indicated in the order summary email that you will receive.

By mail (Locasun – Service réservation, 24 rue des Jeûneurs 75002 PARIS) :

Tip: Make your payment in advance by credit card and send us your checks or holiday vouchers. Upon receipt of these we will immediately re-credit your credit card.

*We remind you that the reservation will be processed upon receipt of payment and subject to availability of accommodation.

Locasun does not accept VACAF, e-vacation vouchers, cash and the American Express card.
