It is in the north of Brittany, in the Côtes-d'Armor, that the very charming seaside resort of Plestin-les-Grèves is located. Ideally located between Lannion and Morlaix, this colourful city is the perfect place for a family holiday.

More than 300,000 years old, the town of Plestin-les-Grèves is one of the most popular destinations in the Côtes-d'Armor. A flowery city with a strong maritime heritage, this land of legends has multiplied invitations to stroll around and discover its finest treasures. Its oldest site is located along the Corniche Road, towards the neighbouring town of Locquirec: against a backdrop of sand and sea, the Thermes du Hoglo seems to date back to the 1st century. A fine local example of hypocaust thermal baths (heated by an oven whose heat spreads in a gallery under the relaxation rooms), this site, rather in a state of ruins, is worth a visit both for its strong historical testimony and for the landscapes it allows you to enjoy on Plestin-les-Grèves. Also take a tour of the many chapels in the town: from the Sainte-Anne chapel to the Saint-Roch chapel, via Saint-Sébastien, the very Breton Sainte-Barbe chapel, the Saint-Haran chapel and the Saint-Efflam chapel, you will discover some of the most beautiful panoramas that Plestin-les-Grèves has to offer.

Blue: this is what comes to mind when we talk about the town of Plestin-les-Grèves. The blue of the sky, first of all, but also and above all that of the sea. Indescribable, unspeakable, this exciting blue has a name in Breton: "Glaz", a clever blend of blue, green and grey that poetically evokes the nuances of the sea. The Plestinais coastline is the perfect place for hiking: made up of magnificent (and very long) fine sandy beaches, green schist cliffs and small secret coves, it can be visited on foot, by bike or on horseback. As for natural heritage, like all of Brittany, Plestin-les-Grèves is full of sites to discover. The old port of Toul an Hery and its shipowners' houses, Beg Douar and its breathtaking views of the bay of Saint-Efflam below, but also the Douron estuary are essential stops during your stay. The Douron valley will delight experienced and novice walkers with its 12 marked trails: in all, thanks to the GR34 and GR380, more than 84 kilometres of routes through woods, cliffs, meadows, beaches and strikes await you to discover this little corner of greenery. The Grand Rocher is certainly the most visited site in Plestin-les-Grèves: perched at an altitude of 84 metres facing the coast, this hillock, a paradise for birds (egrets, herons, kingfishers...) and vegetation, will offer you a breathtaking view of the resort's beaches.

Beaches: this is the main asset of Plestin-les-Grèves. And the resort can even boast one of the largest in the whole department, along with Saint-Efflam. Immense and extremely clear at low tide, this legendary beach (King Arthur and Saint-Efflam are said to have killed a dangerous dragon) is a delight for sand yacht fans but also for turf enthusiasts during horse races organised during the high tides. Water sports are practiced in great numbers: kitesurfing, surfing, paddle, kayaking... But also kitesurfing and beach volleyball, enough to delight a large public. The beach even has a small playground for children, who can swing or slide while looking at the sea. The beach of Le Hoglo, the magnificent beach of La Roche d'Argent between the bay of Locquirec and the cove of Toul-an-Héry, that of Porz Mellec, the beach of Les Curés, the coves of Beg Douar and Tossen ar C'haz complete the list of perfect beaches for swimming or sunbathing.
