Then, follow the roads of the Limousin to discover its many exceptional villages. The region has 6 villages classified among the most beautiful in France: Curemonte, Mortemart, Saint-Robert, Ségur-le-Château, Turenne and Collonges-la-Rouge which owes its name to the color of its beautiful houses and its numerous red sandstone buildings. Even if they are not classified, many other towns are worth visiting: Chambon-sur-Voueize for its Romanesque bridge and its abbey church Sainte-Valérie, Uzerche, nicknamed the pearl of Limousin, Solignac, built around an impressive abbey... During your escapades, take the time to enjoy the great natural spaces of the Limousin. On foot, discover some of the 800 hiking trails offered by the region. Take, for example, the path of the Resistance in Sainte-Féréole or the itinerary to the borders of Quercy in Chauffour-sur-Vell. By bike, pedal along the greenways, the circuits or fill up with adrenaline in the bike-parks, the spaces and the mountain bike centers.
