To the west of the Pyrénées-Orientales, on the shores of the Mediterranean, Saint-Cyprien is an ideal destination to combine sea, nature and relaxation. Between nautical pleasures, outdoor activities, idleness and gastronomic discoveries, your holidays will be rocked by the sweetness of life.
To the south and north of the pretty marina, the beaches of Saint-Cyprien stretch over six kilometres and allow you to indulge in many activities. On the sand, spend your time playing beach volleyball, beach volleyball and take advantage of the many playgrounds to entertain your children. On the water, practice surfing, kite-surfing, jet-skiing, flyboarding, diving, towed buoys... But also take to the sea by renting a boat, with or without a licence, to admire the beauty of the rocky coast as far as Spain. If you prefer fresh water, go to the golf course of Saint-Cyprien where you can go catamarans, windsurfing, water skiing...
After enjoying the water, take the time to visit Saint-Cyprien. Discover in particular the central square of the village where the town hall stands, Maillol square, very lively in summer, and the Rodin area which hosts the market. While strolling through its small streets, you can also admire the Saint-Cyprien church, built in the 18th century, and appreciate the François Desnoyer Collection which includes works by this artist and painters of the 19th century (Boudin, Barbizon School...). North of the town centre, in an old hamlet that has now disappeared, you can also see the Romanesque chapel of Saint-Étienne de Vilarasa, built in the 12th century.
With its many trails and greenways, Saint-Cyprien offers hiking and cycling enthusiasts long hours of relaxation. Take, for example, the Loop of the Meridienne which runs along the borders of the town and allows you to enjoy the diversity of its landscapes : maritime, urban, rural. To discover the surrounding villages (Alénya, Théza and Corneilla-del-Vercol), join the Dels Pobles loop, often bordered by apricot fields and which offers a breathtaking view of the Canigou peak. Back in Saint-Cyprien, sit on the terrace of a restaurant, facing the sea, to taste local products and recipes : fresh vegetables and fruit, olive oil, Catalan cockles, picada, Catalan cream...

Beach, no crowds, paid parking in most parts of the city... In the evenings on the coast: riding school, fairs, shops, restaurants, fish market in the morning, climate 28/30 degrees, frequent wind.
