In the heart of the Grand Est region, this village of the Vosges Massif is located 8 kilometers from Val d'Ajol, 14 kilometers from Remiremont and 40 kilometers from Épinal. Spread out between 550 and 750 meters of altitude, the village is established at 623 meters high and is part of the Ballons des Vosges Regional Nature Park. It is the ideal place for a relaxing and sporty stay, which will certainly seduce green tourism lovers. To start your visit, nothing better than to discover the architectural heritage of Girmont-Val-d'Ajol, and more particularly its sacred heritage. What to see? The church of the Immaculate Conception which is worth a visit for its beautiful neo-gothic architecture, its organ and its stained glass windows made by a master glass artist! But here, the main activity is hiking. Along the ponds, through the meadows or in the woods planted with deciduous trees and fir trees, there are many itineraries that you can follow according to your desires.
