Founded in 43, London owes its name to the fortified city that the Romans built on the banks of the Thames: Londinium. After the Romans left in 410, the city was almost abandoned and two centuries later the Anglo-Saxons built a new city next to the old Roman stronghold. Since then, despite some trying times (invasions, epidemics, fires, wars), the city has continued to prosper and grow. Today, Greater London covers 1600 km² and is home to 7.5 million inhabitants.

A visit to London would not be complete without visiting several must-see sites. Visit the Abbey and the Palace of Westminster, the historic seat of British power dominated by its beautiful clock tower, the famous "Big Ben". Hyde Park

The legendary red buses are used on two lines, known as heritage, the red "Routemaster" double decker. These are the 9 line from Royal Albert Hall to Aldwych and the 15 line from Trafalgar Square to Tower Hill. These two routes offer many opportunities to see the city and all its wonders.
