Your rental contract will be sent to you by email after payment is made and availability is confirmed. Once your rental contract has been sent and payment has been carried out, you will receive your voucher by email. You can also download and print your voucher from your Locasun account. In order to sign in to your account please enter your email address and your password under „My Account“.
You will find the rental's address on the voucher that you get by email once we have received the payment of your balance. You can also download and print the voucher from your Locasun account after payment is made.
Generally, you can check in at 5 p.m. and check out at 10 a.m. Opening hours, address and telephone number of the holiday residence are stated on the voucher that is sent to you by email after payment of balance is done. In case of late arriving please contact the residence or the owner in order to make an arrangement for key handover.
Please show your voucher on arrival. This document contains all information concerning your stay and your rental (address, opening hours, telephone number, etc.). The voucher will be sent to you once the payment of your balance has been received. You can also download and print it from your Locasun account. Before leaving for vacation please make sure you know the mode of payment of the deposit.
The deposit has to be paid on arrival at the reception of the residence or agency. The amount is stated on the voucher. Additional costs (water, electricity, final cleaning, air conditioning) have to be paid on site according to consumption. In this case detailed information will be stated on the voucher. In some countries, for example in France, Germany, Italy and Austria, a visitor’s tax has to be paid per person per day.
