    We came to the same building 4 years ago, we found the building aging and the housing very old even starting to be dilapidated in places. No heating and hot water the first night, a defective TV which was replaced only in the middle of our stay and which remained posed on the table of the living room because your technician did not have the good screws to fix it to the wall TV support already present on the wall. So no living room table during our stay and a TV too low to be seen when we are at the table! Clearly no TV! The wifi would be appreciated too.
