Geographical situation of your rental
we were staying with two adults. Incompatible apartment for 6 people! Old and not very operational kitchen. Few utensils (e.g. no toaster). Bathroom: redone, very good! Floors in bad condition, paintings to be redone...this style of apartment is not quite up to the current standards of comfort, and we understand why the rental was so affordable. This being said, I rent a 2 bedroom chalet in the Beaufortain for 500€...
