Welcome to Fréjus, for your vacations with family or friends, we offer you a pretty villa ideally located, in a quiet and wooded area 5 minutes from the center of Fréjus/Saint-Raphaël and 10 minutes from the beaches, you will fully enjoy the beautiful days with a large private pool, petanque courts, deckchair and shaded dining area by the pool ideal.

First floor:
A large fitted kitchen with access to the garden and open onto the living room.
In the living room, the relaxation area features a sofa and two armchairs with television and internet box, while the bright dining area with a large table opens onto a pretty, flower-filled, covered terrace for summer meals.
A master suite overlooking the garden with its own shower room featuring a 140x190 bed, a large cupboard, a television and a terrace with a small table and two chairs facing the pool.
And an independent WC.
1st floor :
A first bedroom with a double bed (140x190), TV and large closet.
A second bedroom with a comfortable sofa-bed and a large closet.
Bathroom with bath and separate WC.
Outside :
For maximum comfort, we offer an outdoor area designed for a wide range of summer activities.
You'll enjoy a large swimming pool with sun loungers, a pétanque court, a shaded dining area near the pool, and a little corner of greenery with a covered terrace adjoining the house's living room.
A little extra, you'll have company: the owners' cat, not wild and very friendly, will make an appearance from time to time. He lives in his little house in the garden, and is totally autonomous, so there's no need to feed him.
The villa is located in a small, secure residence with a remote-controlled electric gate. Several parking spaces are reserved for you, two in front of the house and one inside the house (secure, uncovered spaces).
Housing location :
Ideally located, in a pretty wooded neighborhood, you'll have the pleasure of staying in this pretty villa in the peace and quiet of nature, just 5 minutes by car or public transport from the center of Fréjus and Saint-Raphaël.
Take advantage of the many activities available between Saint-Raphaël, Fréjus, Saint-Aygulf and Les Issambres, including jetskiing, parasailing, boat trips, hiking, biking or buggy rides in the Esterel or along the seafront.
TRAVELER ACCESS
Travelers will have exclusive use of the entire property during their stay. Keys will be handed over automatically by key box from 4pm at the accommodation address.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Linen is provided for stays of 6 nights or more, but is optional at extra cost for stays of less than 6 nights and on request.
An additional payment may be requested for the tourist tax depending on the booking platform chosen.
