Numerous installations and schools allow beginners and children to be initiated in all serenity and the most experienced will be able to launch themselves on the modules of the snowpark or on the bumps and the turns of the boardercross. To enjoy the snow more quietly, you can also take the 6 cross-country ski trails and the 11 snowshoe trails.
During the summer period, the pastures of Saint Sorlin d'Arves cover their greenery and invite you to enjoy the great outdoors in many ways. On foot, take the hiking trails that will take you into the Meadows Plans valley, towards Lac Laitelet, towards the Nant Bramant waterfall or on the tracks of Sorlinette, an edutainment trail specially designed for families. By mountain bike, discover the many marked trails and the beautiful descent route of more than 7 kilometers, accessible by chairlift. But your holidays will also be the occasion to initiate you to many other activities such as glacier walking, climbing, via ferrata, archery, mountain boarding, canyoning or aqua rando.
In all seasons, take advantage of your stay in Saint Sorlin d'Arves to discover its fabulous heritage. In particular, admire the beautiful Saint-Saturnin church, built in 1603 in a baroque style and listed as a historical monument since 2004. Its interior is particularly impressive between the whiteness of its walls and its golden ornamentations. But also appreciate the chapel Saint-Pierre, the oratory Sainte-Barbe and the museum of the Life of former times which exposes traditional costumes and old tools of the agropastoral time. En la estación de Saint Sorlin, siempre me ha encantado el restaurante de la Petite Ferme y su camembert roti, me encanta el aperitivo en la terraza del Plan Du Moulin, muy buena comida también en le Saint So' (sobre todo uno de los mejores vin chaud que he tomado) y le Tetras. La atención del personal de restauración ha sido siempre impecable y la atención del personal de pistas también. Es mi tercera vez en Saint Sorlin y seguro que vuelvo.

To recommend: the restaurant "Le Régal Savoyard"... everything is said in the name of the sign. The panorama is excellent, the animations and the animators of the village are excellent.

A gondola lift is missing to be able to go into the mountain with young children and above all a link between the top and bottom of the resort without using a shuttle bus. Saint Sorlin's isn't exactly charming, there are cars everywhere. It's not the smell of the cow but of the petrol that reigns in the station. The ski area is pleasant, beautiful, but the junctions are long so it is complicated to make long distances and to pick up the children at lunchtime. The resort is very touristy, not typical. Restaurants serve industrial food at all hours. Anyway our holidays were nice but we won't go back...

The pub "L'Avalanche" at the top and the restaurant "La Petite Ferme" really great (in addition, evening with a really good singer): reasonable price for one evening, I highly recommend.
